CHEMISTRY TEACHING MAJOR (6-12*) [105 Credit Hours]

Undergraduate Tuition and Fees

Praxis II Required Testing: Test Code 5245 Chemistry: Content Knowledge (minimum score 152)

 Every student MUST coordinate with Michelle Rogers of the Department of Biology during their second semester in the program to determine when the student will be allowed to enroll in BIOL 4400.  The course is only made available through advance planning and is not offered every year.  It is important to note that this course MUST be completed before Residency I.  Michelle Rogers, 221-6480, rogersm@apsu.edu

 Chem 1110 (5) and 1120 (5) General Chemistry (Total – 10) OR Chem 1010 (4), 1020 (4), 1840 (2) (Total – 10)

Math 1810 Elements of Calculus (3) AND Math 1910 Calculus & Analytic Geometry (5)
