Dr. Amanda Wornhoff
Responsible for the operation, supervision, and planning of the office. Oversees outcomes assessment, program review, and course evaluations. Contributes to program accreditation and university accreditation. Designs and delivers faculty and staff development to support institutional effectiveness.
Assists with all aspects of outcomes assessment, particularly for administrative units and academic and student support services units. Maintains IEA institutional effectiveness plan and IEA website. Supports faculty and staff engagement in IEA training and development activities and develops resources. Supervises graduate assistant and student workers.
Coordinates technical aspect of academic affairs processes that utilize software, including RTP dossiers (D2L), outcomes assessment (Nuventive), and course evaluations (SurveyDig). Assists with reporting on course evaluations and outcomes assessment.
Coordinates all aspects of THEC Quality Assurance Funding Process, including: administration of the Senior Exit Exam and Major Field Tests to all graduating students; gathering and reporting of required data; and collaborating with academic programs and university leadership to prepare reports.
Serves as Office Supervisor for the offices of IEA as well as Decision Support and Institutional Research (DSIR) and the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) office.
