Distance Education Support
Distance Education Support provides faculty, staff, and student support for online teaching, learning, and technology. This includes resolving technical and instructional needs related to the Desire2Learn Brightspace (D2L) online classroom, Tutor.com online tutoring, Turnitin plagiarism prevention software, Zoom web conferencing, Examity and Honorlock online proctoring, SmarterMeasure, and audio and video instructional content.

- Distance Education Ticketing System
Use the ticketing system to submit requests for student and faculty technical issues, faculty course copies and combines, etc. - In-person support is available in McReynolds 216.
Services may be restricted if required by the University's COVID-19 Risk Level. If this happens, please know the entire Distance Education team is always working hard to support all APSU faculty, staff, and students. Please reach out to us at online@apsu.edu or 931-221-6625. We can accommodate live services through Zoom.
GOVSTECH Help Desk
GOVSTECH manages the university's single sign-on credentials which are used by D2L. If you are unable to log into D2L, please contact GOVSTECH. They are also your first stop for help with AP Email, OneStop, Outlook, classroom media as well as networking, hardware, and software issues for campus computers.
