The Office of the Registrar has multiple options available for transcript requests – please be sure to select the best that fits for your needs.
Transcript Request through Parchment
Available Option: E-mail
The Parchment system allows for you to quickly request your official transcript in E-mail format. There is a convenience fee of $2.85 for an order through Parchment, which comes from the vendor. Please use the button below to request your transcript through Parchment!
If you receive an error message stating you have a hold, please contact the office noted on the hold notification. Holds must be resolved in order for the release of an academic transcript.
Transcript Request Form
Available Options: Mail, Pick-up, and Fax
You may fill out transcript request form without the Parchment fee; however, we do not offer e-mailed official transcripts with this option. You may submit your physical transcript request form to us in a number of ways:
- You may e-mail the form to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You may bring it or fill it out in to Ellington 316 on APSU’s Clarksville Campus
- You may mail it to us with the information below:
