The Student Government Association introduced Mudbowl in 2002. Every fall, student teams compete in volleyball in the mud! The Mudbowl uses tarp surrounded by bales of straw, filled with tons of murky dirt and water.
Mudbowl is a student–run event that is overseen by the SGA Chief Justice.
The Mudbowl Executive Committee provides the vision and direction for the event, as well as leading their individual committees to ensure that Mudbowl is a success. Students who are on the executive committee will gain the experience of potentially working closely with the Student Government Association, university administration, campus leaders, and sharpening their programming and professional skills.
MudBowl will be tentatively held October 2nd, 2022!! Save the date!
All teams wanting to participate in Mudbowl must have the Application and Liability Waiver filled out!
Registration is from 11:30 am to 12:15 pm in the Foy Parking Lot inbetween the Women's Softball Field and the Jenkins Family Field House
